One question we hear frequently, that isn’t always simple to answer is, “How much does it cost?”
The short answer is: Every client’s needs are different, and the investment involved can vary.
Session Fees: cover a number of different costs for the experience. Naturally, they reserve the artists time and talent to actually create the images for you. But they also cover other services associated with the event such as; consultations and phone meetings before the actual event (Photoshoot), the custom letters we send out and the personalized leather bell Santa will gift your child! The location, employees, Santa Clauses travel from the North Pole to Charleston, SC - event costs, all the props, backdrops, lights, goodies for the children, preparing preview images for you to review, and meeting with you to help you with the selection process and in placing your order. Creation fees vary depending on the type of number of children and services you select. This fee for the experience as explained above starts at $129.
Prices for Portraits: and associated products depend on a number of factors, such as the size, quantity, and finish of your actual portraits. Also, the framing that you choose can greatly range in cost. Everything we do is custom tailored to each of our client’s needs, and actual costs are determined 100% by what you decide to purchase. Other popular items like our ‘Believe story Albums’ and premium folios depend on number of images and pages - affecting production costs. We must finish each image to our own standards of perfection. It is a labor of love that we take very seriously!
It is also important to know that we offer a 100% unconditional guarantee. If the images from your session aren’t up to your expectations, we will gladly re-create images for you. We want you to be completely satisfied with both the experience and artwork we create for you. If something isn’t right with your finished portraits, we will fix it, period. Nothing less than your complete satisfaction is acceptable to us at Castelo Portrait Art!
It is also important to note that there is no minimum spending for this experience unless you have chosen to have a child under the age od three option. There are many perks that involve ornaments and Christmas Cards during your scheduled viewing / sales session. Our average client that comes in for this event spends between $800 - $2000 - some spend less and other far more. We do not recommend you participate in this experience if you are not comfortable with this range, as again we want you to be comfortable and happy with the entire experience! What you choose to spend is, of course, completely up to you!
Lastly, it is important we mention that as an artist I believe in the power of beautiful artwork. For this reason, we do not sell digital rights to imagery. We DO however gift you a shareable file of every image purchased! The are finished and gorgeous! We want you to share! However, we do not sell pixels.
Everything we create is a one of a kind piece and will be finished in whatever our clients favorite art method is. We offer everything from a photographs to fine art pieces to oil paintings! We can't wait to work with you and your beautiful family!
